Overview
Products purchased on the DoWatts Store are only delivered in
Metropolitan France. The times indicated are usual average times and
correspond to the processing and delivery times but will be confirmed
day by day depending on the products in stock. The products are
delivered to the delivery address you specified during the ordering
process. In case of deliverable items at different dates given their
availability, the delivery time is based on the average time. DoWatts
Store reserves the right to split deliveries. Participation in
processing and shipping costs will only be charged for one shipment.
DoWatts Store can not be held responsible for the consequences due to
delayed delivery and processing. In case of delay, an email will be
sent to you.
Delivery is mainly provided by the Post Office (Collissimo Suivi) for
parcels under 3kg, for others, depending on the weight, fragility and
delivery times by DHL. The digital elements MP3, Video, Ticket are sent
to you by email and accessible via your account after confirmation of
payment for a limited time.
Any unrestricted order within 30 days will be automatically canceled
unless otherwise stipulated and prior announcement.
For payment by check the order will be processed upon receipt of the
check. Consequently, the deadlines applicable in this case are those on
the day of receipt of the check and can therefore be modified compared
to those mentioned on the day of the placing of the order.

of replenishment in case of rupture with us.

Delivery price
The price of delivery is fixed for small shipments. For others the
price of the delivery is directly calculated according to the weight of
your purchases. The offer "free shipping" is reserved for Metropolitan
France and under conditions of a minimum purchase.

We promise to refund or exchange within the warranty period indicated
on the invoice, defective products or not corresponding to your order.
In this case we thank you kindly to report in detail in writing and
send us the product or products. DoWatts Store will, at your option,
exchange or refund the product or products. The request must be made
within fifteen working days of delivery. Any claim made outside this
period can not be accepted. Products must be returned to us in the
state in which you received them with all the delivered items
(accessories, packaging, instructions ...).
Shipping costs will be refunded based on the rate charged and return
shipping costs will be refunded. In any case you benefit from the
provisions of the legal warranty including those relating to the
guarantee of hidden defects.
The provisions of this article do not prevent you from benefiting from
the right of withdrawal (satisfied or refunded) provided by the general
conditions of sale.
